Converting your Support Emails (Queues)

Queues are different support channels. Your helpdesk setup can have multiple queues. Your support email addresses are your queues. 

When you send email to this queue it is converted into a ticket inside Adjutas and the respective agents are alerted through email and SMS. 

Please follow the steps to create a queue:

  1. Login into the Adjutas admin console (
  2. In the sidebar click on Admin > Queue.
  3. Now you click on Add Queue and give the queue a name and type the email address
  4. Click on Create Queue.
