Setting up auto-feedback for tickets

You can now easily collect end user feedback for resolved tickets. 

As an administrator, you can choose whether or not to make this option available. 

To turn automatic feedback email: 

  1. In your Adjutas Admin console (at 
  2. Go to Admin > Settings > Other Settings > Feedback Link
  3. Click on Add customer feedback button.
  4. Select Duration based on your choice (Duration is the time difference between the resolving the ticket and sending the feedback email).
  5. Select yes under Sent
  6. Click Save.
